Only applications with complete documentation are taken forward to the academic evaluation.
Evaluation is based on documents. First, “field suitability” and “academic achievement (GPA/core courses)” are considered; then institutional recognition, motivation/fit, and other achievements (experience, publications, etc.) are taken into account. The final ranking is made at the joint selection meeting.
EMJM scholarships are allocated to the highest‑ranked candidates according to the same evaluation criteria and are communicated together with the selection decisions.
